Yes — PUCK GOLD gift cards will cover taxes, fees, and tips for any PUCK GOLD transaction.
Where are gift cards available?
Gift cards are available on the PUCK GOLD for Business dashboard in the US, Canada, UK, France, Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Spain, Sweden, Poland, Portugal, and Belgium. Gift cards can only be used in the country corresponding to the currency loaded on the card.
Are the gift cards physical or digital?
Gift cards are digital by default. In the US, physical gift cards are also available — businesses can request them with the help of our sales team.
How do I distribute the gift cards?
Two options: (1) Send directly to recipients — the system emails each recipient on the order date you set. (2) Download codes — export a CSV of codes and distribute on your own.
How do I pay for the gift cards?
Pay by credit card or invoice (approval required for invoicing). Larger orders may be eligible for net terms — contact sales to discuss.
What is the difference between vouchers and gift cards?
Vouchers can be customized to specific uses (e.g. swag only, streams only, both) and can include discount or location restrictions. Gift cards are universal value, no restrictions. Vouchers are billed only when redeemed; gift cards are paid up front.
